Concrete
Pump (C-30HDN)
Mayco invented the small-line concrete
pump and our pump line features an astounding array of standard and optional
features.
The C-30HDN, after 40 years of production, is still the most popular pump
on the market. This mechanical unit pumps up to 25-cubic yards (19-cubic
meters) of concrete an hour with the strength of a 46-horsepower Nissan
gasoline engine. The C-30HDN is ideal for shotcrete applications of stiff,
low slump mixes such as swimming pools, ditch linings, soil stabilization
and walls. It pumps a maximum aggregate of 0.5-inch minus (12 mm.) and
comes standard with a remote control for easy operation.
Mayco's MG-30 is a dependable, built-to-last workhorse that exceeds your plaster and fireproofing expectations.
The MG-30 is ideal for applications including high-production placement of exterior stucco, sand/cement exterior basecoat, gypsum plaster and lightweight aggregate, interior basecoat plaster, and pool plaster Pebble-Tec. It is available as a pump only unit or a combination pump and mixer both mounted on the same trailer. The mixer is driven by an 8.5-HP Hatz diesel engine. For high-volume fireproofing applications, the pump stroke quickly and easily converts to long stroke.

Mini Sprayer
(MSE-1SS)
Essick's MSE-1SS mini-sprayer is ideal for small-
to medium-size jobs in limited access areas.
This unit is designed and engineered to provide consistent, pulse-free
low-volume production and it is well suited to the application of textures,
full and simulated acoustics, fireproofing and bagged grout materials.
Driven by a 0.75-horsepower single-phase electric motor with reset button,
the MSE-1SS has a large 24-gallon (91 liters) hopper and is so compact
it can be easily maneuvered around the job site. When the work is done,
it fits into the trunk of a car.

HBC-series Cutter (HBC-19)
Multiquip's rebar cutters let one operator slice
rebar more efficiently than manual cutters, torches and saws.
The hand-held HBC-19 cuts rebar up to 0.75-inches (2 cm) thick in 3 seconds
with a 115V, 60 Hz single-phase motor. This rebar cutter has a built-in
hydraulic pump with innovative magnetic particle filtering to ensure maximum
performance. Our blades are manufactured from heat-treated, high-strength
machine steel that is easily rotated for prolonged use and increased service
life. The convenient HBC-19 weighs only 27 pounds (12 kg).
Cutter (BC-25)
Squeeze a trigger and rebar is cut quickly and
effectively. It's as simple as that with Multiquip's high performing rebar
cutters.
Driven by a 115V electric motor, the BC-25 can be bench mounted at the
shop or used on site from the back of a pick-up truck. This rebar cutter
is designed for the biggest jobs around, slicing rebar up to 1-inch thick
(2.5 cm). The units parts are all machined to tight tolerances for optimum

Bender (MB-25HD)
To complement our line of quality rebar cutters, Multiquip brings
you the industry's preferred rebar bender.
The MB-25HD bends rebar up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter in mere seconds.
This tool is easy to use, practically maintenance-free and comes with
a standard foot switch for high-production bending. Driven by a 115V,
single-phase electric motor, the MB-25HD is suitable for use in the shop
or on the job site and its single knob control lets the operator select
the precise bending angle up to 180 degrees. The rebar bender also has
four built-in lifting handles and includes a tool kit.
Walk-Behind Trowels
Achieve the flattest floors around with Whiteman’s high-performance walk-behind trowels from Multiquip.
The HDA-48-4-11H has a massive 48-inch (122 cm) ring diameter allowing building professionals to effectively flatten a wide area in a timely manner. The HPLA-36-4-8H has a rotor speed of 60-125 rpm and a 36-inch (91.5 cm) ring diameter. This impressive rotor rpm, along with the strength of an 8-horsepower Honda gasoline engine, allows concrete contractors to efficiently burnish slabs. The HPLA-36-4-8H has four blades and at 171 pounds (77 kg) it is the lightest of the high-performance trowels from Multiquip’s Whiteman concrete division. Welders/Generators
GLW-180H
Multiquip’s full-featured, engine-driven welder/generator lines
have weather-resistant housings and are suitable for a wide variety of
outdoor applications.
This Honda-powered combination welder/generator is ideal for job-site
and remote-area service applications. The durable GLW-180H produces 50-180
amps as a welder and 4.5kW as a generator (single phase) and features
a number of technical advances. The operator can draw AC power and weld
simultaneously. An 11-horsepower Honda GX340 gasoline engine powers the
GLW-180H.

SDW-225SS
Not every welder/generator offers simultaneous AC/DC operation.
But the SDW-225SS does! It operates as a 6kW generator and 225-amp welder
and is ideally suited for SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and ACAC welding processes.
Powered by a 12-horsepower Kubota Z482 diesel engine, the SDW-225SS is
a brushless machine with a weather-resistant housing making it suitable
for numerous applications. The welder/generator regulates voltage at 2
percent.
Power, accuracy and efficiency aren’t the only things to consider when picking a welder. Noise levels shouldn’t be overlooked.
Multiquip’s TLW-300SS is one of the quietest welder/generators available emitting an impressive 65dBA at 23 feet. This rugged diesel-powered combination welder/generator can draw AC power and serve as a welder simultaneously because it sparks up to 400 amps as a welder and 14kW as a generator (single phase). A 31-horsepower Kubota V1205 engine powers the BLW-400SS which continues to give operators the smoother arc characteristics and more consistent, quality welds they desire.
Reversible Plate Compactors
The MVH-R60 is the ideal machine for efficient compaction of sand, gravel and cohesive soils and the lightest in the Multiquip reversible fleet.
The MVH-R60 produces 3,100 pounds (1,400 kg) of centrifugal force and like several other models in the series it has a top cover to keep dirt off the engine and a self-cleaning plate. A 4-horsepower Honda GX-120 engine drives the compactor and it is fitted with a 13.8 x 18.9 inch (35 x 48 cm) plate.

This plate is extremely maneuverable making it the logical choice for work in tight, confined areas.
A 5.5-horsepower Honda GX-160 gasoline engine powers the compactor and it comes with a 15.7 x 23 inch (40 x 58 cm) plate. The MVH-120 features a self-cleaning plate and a top cover to keep debris off the engine. The MVH-120 weighs 247 pounds (111 kg).
One Way Plate Compactors
The MVC-90 boasts more standard features than any other one-way compactor.
This one-way plate produces 3,350 (1,520 kg.) of centrifugal force and is fitted with a 19.6 x 22 inch (50 x 56 cm.) plate. The MVC-90’s durable steel-enclosed and ribbed base plate eliminates dirt and rock build-up while extending the life of the compactor. The most technically advanced plate compactor on the market.
The MVC-88 comes with a host of features, including a protective engine guard, sealed belt cover to keep rock and dirt out of the belt, a convenient oil drain, self-cleaning plate design and four lifting handles for easy elevation from each side. The MVC-88, which is driven by a 5.5-horsepower Honda GX-160 engine, showcases 3,450 pounds (1,565 kg) of compaction force and has a 19.7 x 20.7 inch (50 x 53 cm) plate.
Mixers
For those who are not big fans of hydraulic drive mixers, Essick’s plaster/mortar mixers are also offered as mechanical drive units.
The EM-120SM-E51 mixes 12-cubic feet (340 liters) of material and is powered by a 230/460V single-phase electric motor. This mechanical drive mixer is reliable, easy to maintain and it is fit for practically every application imaginable. The EM-120SM-E51 features a drive gear and multiple disc clutch immersed in oil and fully protected for long, trouble-free life. The mixer is effective with larger, stiffer mixes and the drive system eliminates wear components like V-belts, external gears and pulleys.

We’ve combined the most useful ingredients in the productive MC-92S-H8 9-cubic foot (248 liters) mixer. This unit, fueled by an 8-horsepower Honda engine, mixes concrete with the effectiveness that has served the demanding rental industry and contractors for years. The drum has a generous 21-inch (53 cm.) opening for the simple loading and unloading of material in even the most difficult environments.
